ダッチオーブンを購入したものの、ディキャンプやキャンプ意外はケースの中で眠ったまま・・・
もっと家でも使って活用したいなーと思ってこの本を購入しました。
結果は本当に購入して大正解！でした。
ダッチオーブンというとつい身構えてしまって、特別な野外料理にしかつかえないという思い込みがこの本で、どんな料理でもダッチでつくればこんなにおいしくなるんだ！と実感しました。
チキンまるごとを料理する！とかではなくて、本当に家庭でよくつくられるレシピがたくさんのっています。麻婆豆腐、ハヤシライス、おでんなどいつもの料理をダッチを使ったら・・・という内容です。
タルトやケーキのレシピものっています。ダッチオーブン、コンボクッカー、スキレットなどいろいろなダッチの種類も解説&使用されています。
すでにダッチをもっているかたも、これから自分にあったダッチをさがそうというかたもとても参考になる本だと思います。
